HYDE PARISH COUNCIL

14th July 2021    Latest Mast Update - Position of Parish Council

Hyde Parish Council has been made aware that the company 'Waldons' on behalf of
the telecommunications company 'EE' have contacted residents in Frogham with a
possible site for a mast, in the field known as 'Harry's Field'.  The parish council advises that the residents should reply to 'Waldons' with their views.

The letter to the residents indicates that 'Waldons' will be putting in a planning application in August to the Planning Authority which is the New Forest National Park.  Hyde Parish Council as a consultee will be considering the planning application when we have received notification, and anticipate there will be fuller information available.

TELECOMMUNICATION MAST
Mobile Mast: Waldon/MBNL Meeting - The New Forest National Park Authority decided that the proposed site for the permanent mast was not suitable in terms of appearance and location and have asked the applicant to rethink potential sites.  As a result a temporary mast has been installed on the garden shop site (December 2020) - this does not require planning permission. A copy of the questions sent prior to the meeting and a summary of the information provided can be found below. If you have any queries please contact the Clerk.
